1. About Seva

Seva by SoftMaji is a website initiative operated by SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited. The program provides eligible organizations with a professional website package under the terms described on this website.

2. Eligibility and Approval

The current program is intended for registered NGOs, registered societies and trusts, and eligible Section 8 companies.

Every application is subject to review and verification. Applying does not guarantee approval. SoftMaji may request additional information or documents before approving an application.

Schools, businesses and individuals are not part of the current Seva program unless SoftMaji separately confirms otherwise.

3. Website Package

The first-year Seva website package is priced at ₹999 plus 18% GST, making the total ₹1,178.82 including GST.

The package includes:

• • Website hosting for the applicable first-year period.
• • SSL security.
• • Complete website development based on the agreed project requirements.
• • One payment gateway integration.
• • Three months of technical support after website launch.

4. Domain Registration and Ownership

Domain registration is not included in the Seva website package.

The NGO is responsible for purchasing the domain directly using its own details and account. The NGO retains ownership and control of its domain.

SoftMaji may assist with domain connection, DNS configuration and related technical setup. Domain registration and renewal charges are paid separately by the NGO at the applicable registrar price.

5. Website Content and Materials

The NGO is responsible for providing accurate content, organization information, images, logos, contact details and other materials required for the website.

The NGO must have the necessary rights and permissions to use materials supplied to SoftMaji. The NGO remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of its content.

6. Payment Gateway

One payment gateway integration is included in the website package.

Payment gateway account approval, KYC, transaction charges, gateway fees, settlement terms and other third-party charges are the responsibility of the NGO and are governed by the payment provider's own terms.

SoftMaji does not guarantee approval by any third-party payment provider.

7. Development and Launch

Website development begins after the application is approved and the required information, content and technical requirements have been provided.

Development and launch timelines may depend on the availability of content, domain setup, third-party services, approvals and feedback from the NGO.

8. Technical Support

Three months of technical support are included after the website is launched. This support is intended for minor website changes, basic troubleshooting and reasonable technical guidance related to the delivered website.

New features, major redesigns, custom software development, new modules and other work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and approval before work begins.

9. Annual Renewal

After the first 12 months, the NGO may optionally continue the website service with an annual renewal of ₹1,499 plus 18% GST, currently totaling ₹1,768.82 including GST.

The renewal package includes hosting, SSL security, minor changes and 12 months of extended technical support.

Renewal is optional. Domain registration and domain renewal charges are separate and remain the responsibility of the NGO.

10. Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed package may involve additional charges. This may include major redesigns, custom features, additional integrations, custom applications, CRM development, premium third-party services or other specialized requirements.

We will communicate the applicable cost before starting additional paid work. No additional paid work should be treated as approved unless the NGO has agreed to it.

11. Third-Party Services

Websites may depend on third-party services such as domain registrars, payment gateways, email providers, hosting infrastructure or other external platforms.

Availability, pricing, approval, policies and performance of these third-party services are outside SoftMaji's direct control.

12. Acceptable Use

The website and services must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, impersonation, distribution of malicious software, infringement of intellectual property rights, or content that violates applicable laws and regulations.

SoftMaji may suspend or restrict services where reasonably necessary to protect its infrastructure, users, third-party services or legal interests.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep supported websites and services available and secure. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, domain problems, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable payment terms, project status and refund policy published by SoftMaji.

Third-party charges, including domain registration, payment gateway charges and other external service charges, may not be refundable by SoftMaji where those charges have already been incurred with the relevant provider.

15. Intellectual Property

The NGO retains ownership of content and materials that it provides and has the right to use.

Third-party software, libraries, fonts, plugins, themes, services and other components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

SoftMaji may update these Terms of Service when the program, services, pricing, processes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
